He’s back! By popular demand we welcome back Stuart ‘Stuey’ Bourne. Stueys’ enthusiasm and passion is infectious and given the opportunity to again be one of our Stars, he jumped at the chance knowing he had more moves up his sleeve and to of course help out a fantastic charity like Make-A-Wish Australia, Barossa Valley Volunteer Branch . For those of you who witnessed Stueys dance last year, you could say he definitely had people talking.
Stuey is the senior winemaker at Soul Growers Wines in Tanunda. Soul Growers stands for everything that is great about the Barossa: shared wisdom, new ideas, mate-ship and a passion for making and enjoying great wine. It was born out of a friendship of three dedicated souls who saw the opportunity to join forces and chase their dream of creating wines and a brand that reflected their view of the Barossa.
Soul Growers have always made wine together as a team – but for this event Stuey will again be going completely solo – from self-choreography right through to final performance delivery.
A significant contributor to his community volunteering in the SA Ambulance Service and once described by numerous players in his cricket teams and within the local competition as "One of the worst wicket keepers we've ever seen in the game of cricket",
We are delighted to have Stuey gracing our dance floor once again hoping to grab that winning edge for the Stars of Barossa 2025 title.
