Business Branding Essentials Photography Package

1 to 2 Hour On-Location Session

A streamlined branding session designed for small businesses, entrepreneurs, and creatives who need professional imagery to elevate their online and marketing presence.

• Pre-shoot planning session via Zoom, phone, or in-person (Barossa Valley only)

• 1–2 hours of on-location Photography

• Brand-focused image planning (e.g. portraits, workspace, product or service shots, lifestyle content)

• Professional retouching and editing of selected images

• High-resolution images delivered in a private online gallery

• Full usage rights for marketing, website, and print (excludes resale or alteration)

• Travel included (within 30km of Barossa Valley)

Terms & Conditions

• Subject to availability & Valid for 12 months (Expiry 3rd August 2026)

• Availability & Booking

  • This voucher is valid for use Monday to Friday, between 8:30am and 5:30pm only

  • Bookings are subject to photographer availability

  • Bookings must be made within 12 months of the fundraiser date (by 3 August 2026)

  • The voucher will expire on 3 August 2026 and cannot be extended

• Location & Travel

  • This package includes travel to locations within 30km of Nuriootpa, SA

  • Additional travel outside this radius may incur a travel fee, quoted at time of booking

• Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • A minimum of 72 hour’s notice is required to reschedule a session.

  • Cancellations with less than 72 hour’s notice may forfeit the session

  • Sessions cancelled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances will be rescheduled at no extra cost

• Usage & Inclusions

  • This package is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or credit

  • The package covers the services as described in the original donation Any additional services, prints, or digital files may be purchased separately

  • Only one voucher may be used per session

• Client Responsibility

  • It is the recipient's responsibility to make contact and arrange their session within the validity period

  • The photographer is not responsible for missed opportunities due to delayed booking requests

• Copyright & Usage Rights

  • The photographer retains full copyright of all images taken

  • Clients receive usage rights to the final images provided. Images may not be altered or used for resale

• COVID-19 or Force Majeure

  • In the case of government restrictions, illness, or events outside of our control, the session may be postponed or rescheduled. No refunds will be issued, but every effort will be made to accommodate a new date
